I wake up filled with fear, emptiness, and guilt, and I look out the window. There's so much happening in the outside world. Winter has left behind green and blooming earth. I pause and remember all that I have already achieved and all that I already possess. I look around at my furnished home, remember my body in all its parts, and remind myself that I didn't create all of this out of a sense of emptiness but out of a sense of abundance.

I am afraid, that's true, but I ask myself what I fear more – to fail or to remain in the same place? The difficult memories, the people who mocked and belittled me, the struggles and fears about money – do I want to let all of these frighten and silence me, or do I want to turn them into fuel that propels me forward to fulfill my dreams? I remember the great effort I made to attain a comfortable life, and I know I don't intend to give up. I will transform fear and emptiness into fuel and let it propel me forward.

Choosing the good in my life is a daily task, choosing to progress, improve, and be good to myself – it's a daily task, a task I've been doing for over a decade of my life.

I am Sol Free. I started my journey as a traumatized child, a survivor of sexual abuse. I grew up to be ill with eating disorders, anxiety, and depression, feeding myself negative information every day and doing everything to harm myself. From the lowest point, I found hope and a small light that led me on a years-long journey of self-discovery. It was a journey that involved meditation, emotional archery, consciousness, healing, and all of that to recognize the power within me. Today, I empower women, run a production company, teach, perform with Hula Hoop, and above all, I allow my voice to be heard in the world. Dealing with these challenges is a daily practice, and every day brings further change for improvement and progress.

In this blog, I will share practical advice and tools through stories and pictures. I will take you through the inner journey I undertook to progress and elevate myself.

Keep following, and I'll see you in the next post.
